This first addition to this famed property involved expansion of the existing Tavern Ballroom and its rooftop deck. The second addition included new construction of the Garden Room with a stunning barrel vaulted ceiling, elaborate woodworking details, and custom painting throughout. Above the Garden Room, a second rooftop deck was added complete with outdoor bar and stone fireplace overlooking the scenic Chesapeake Bay.
