ANNAPOLIS, MD (November, 13 2006) – Brown Contracting has been selected to serve as general contractor for the new Maritime Autowash in Millersville at the corner of Benfield Boulevard and Veteran’s Highway. Maritime Autowash is a modern contemporary upscale car wash with a lounge area and coffee bar for its clients.

The Annapolis-based general contractor will build the second Maritime Autowash for this Owner.  In 2005 Brown completed the Maritime Autowash  located on Solomon’s Island Road at Aris Allen Boulevard across from the Harbor Center Mall. The new facility will mirror the existing one with a modern high tech look.

Ruhf + Plitt Architects, Ltd did the design work along with Morabito Consultants, Inc., SRBR, Inc. and Greenhorne & O’Mara.
